Joe & Lisa Dannenberg
Jim’s daughter and her husband are the second generations owners and the design team duo that start the process of bringing your Reno dreams into reality.
Jim Halm
Jim and Dave started Halm and Perkins back in the early 1980’s as a custom cabinetry and remodeling business. They built a reputation of honesty, reliability, and integrity that we continue today. Jim retired from field work in 2020, but he continues to train the third generation (see below), and provide sage advice on call.
Travis Rakic
Travis, native of Mason, has a rich background in carpentry. He is a skilled trim carpenter and dedicated team player. Travis received his Michigan Builder’s License in 2021!
Blaine Dannenberg
Trained first by his Grandfather while they restored a 100+ year old homestead, Blaine is now trained daily by both Joe and Travis. He works part time on our crew and volunteers two days a week.
Austin Smith
Austin has been with Halm and Perkins since the fall of 2014. He has been personally trained by both Jim and Joe and is both fun to work with and skilled at almost every aspect of remodeling.
